Veterinary Jobs in Phillipsburg, NJ with Purpose
If you are looking for veterinary jobs in Phillipsburg, NJ, Phillipsburg Veterinary Clinic offers the chance to do meaningful work in a family- and privately-owned animal hospital with heart and soul. Our veterinarians are closely involved in daily care, our team works together, and every role helps shape the experience pets and clients have with us.
Veterinary medicine is our passion and calling, not just our job. Our days bring a healthy mix of wellness visits, vaccines, same-day appointments, surgery, dental care, grooming, senior pet visits, urgent care, and pocket pet care. That variety keeps the work engaging and gives team members opportunities to keep learning from veterinarians with over 30 years of experience in general practice and emergency medicine, along with over 10 years of practice management experience.
We are looking for people who bring kindness, curiosity, reliability, and pride in a job well done. We understand that all pets and families have individual needs, and we try to meet them with thoughtful communication, steady teamwork, and treatment tailored to each pet’s needs.
Who We’re Looking For
The right fit for our team is someone who cares about the details, treats people well, and enjoys being part of a busy veterinary clinic. We value team members who stay observant, communicate clearly, and look for ways to help the day run smoothly.
Experience is always appreciated, and a strong willingness to learn matters too. We are happy to hear from people who take the work seriously and bring a kind, steady presence to the team.
